I looked for you this morning as I checked out, but I
was told that you had already left . . . .
I simply wanted to compliment you on Emily. She helped
me yesterday morning while I was picking raspberries;
she also was in the raspberries this morning while I was
there.
Emily is learning great customer service! "May I take
those strawberries for you so you don't have to deal
with them while you're picking raspberries?" Checking
on us several times: "Are you doing OK?" "Can I get
you more plastic containers for your raspberries?"
Actually, Emily is the one that told me you weren't
there. I told her I wanted to tell "the boss" what a
good job she was doing!
I just moved to O'Fallon in the summer of 2007, and I
didn't "find" you until last summer. I'm now a very
dedicated customer!
And my compliments to you for teaching your young
employees the value of customer service and common
courtesy!
Sincerely,
Jane Baumann McFarland
A nice complement concerning a member of our staff ( Emily ) from Jane Baumann on June 10, 2009.
I think the "training" credits should probably go to Emily's parents.
