If you have signed up and think you did not receive our newsletter keep in mind that this newsletter is not sent out every month. Please check our newsletter archives first to make sure that you have missed a publication date.
Next make sure that you have not implemented a "white list" or email challenge system:
If you or your internet mail provider (AOL, ATT, EarthLink, Gmail, MSN, Yahoo, Hotmail... ) keep a "white" list of addresses that you will only receive email from, be sure to add lakeviewnews@att.net to your your mail provider's web address book (or white list). Just adding it to your home email software (Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Lotus Notes... usually won't do the job!!) Most email software or spam filter add ins on your home computer or company network can also be setup by some other individual in your family or company to filter out email so it would be a good idea to add lakeviewnews@att.net to that list as well just to be safe.
If you are an EarthLink/MindSpring customer and have enabled their "email challenge" system please be aware that our mailings now are automated and we will not respond to their challenge so you will not receive our newsletter unless you add our "from" email address to the approved sender list before the email arrives.
Lastly, check the list of "blocked senders" in your email program. On some email servers like Hotmail, inadvertently clicking the "spam" button when viewing our email will automatically trigger adding our email address to the "blocked senders" list which means our email will be automatically discarded every time without ever appearing in your inbox or spam folder.
